From 1985 it developed with many imported machineries for precision gears. In 1995 one C.N.C. Turning machine for manufacturing of Automobile spares was installed. In 2000 the company started an additional unit with sophisticated machineries. In 2003 one imported boreing machine was installed for Gear boxes manufacturing. In 2004 one more C.N.C. machining center was installed.

P.K.R. Engienering works maintains the products with correct grade raw materials with forged were need. Heat treatment like case-harden and induction treatment are adopted.
Test of materials carried out spectrology in order to maintain correct grade. Gears are being checked by FLANGUE micro meter and lead tester and profile tester when required. Hardness of surface tested with rock-well, case depth micro by Wickers, Core and Stretcher microscope.
